Specifies the locale setting to use for processing data in the OpenAccess SDK SQL Engine. The value is passed into the setlocale function with ALL as the category.
Valid values:
An empty string=The locale is set by using the operating system settings for the session under which the OpenAccesSDK SQL Engine is running.
A valid locale=The specified locale is used to configure the locale for the OpenAccess SDK code. For example setting: English_USA.1252
