Specifies the maximum number of SSL (or TLS) session identifiers that are cached on the OpenAccess SDK Server before the sessions are flushed from the cache. Caching SSL session identifiers so that clients can reuse them in a subsequent connection improves performance because the CPU-intensive computations required to create an SSL session are eliminated.
