Changing a Service Attribute

To change a service attribute:

1. Right-click any service attribute and select Properties. The properties window for that attribute appears.

For example, to change the ServiceDebugLogLevel attribute, right-click ServiceDebugLogLevel, and select Properties. The ServiceDebugLogLevel Properties window appears.

2. Provide a new value in the Value field, and click OK. The attribute is changed.

3. Save the configuration.

Note: When you add or change a static attribute, you must restart any application that is using the driver for the change to take affect. Dynamic attributes become effective on next connection after the attribute is added or changed and the configuration is saved.
